About this site

What this site is

Managed Firewall Services publishes a single reference page for technical decision makers who are evaluating managed firewall providers. The page covers service scope, delivery models, enforcement models, pricing structure, provider selection criteria, onboarding sequence, and ongoing operations.

The site does not operate firewalls, sell software, or resell hardware. It is reference material, not a service offering.

Why no prices appear

Managed firewall quotes vary with site count, ruleset complexity, log retention, response tier, and included change volume. A figure quoted without those variables held constant is misleading rather than helpful. The page explains the pricing models and cost drivers instead, so a reader can normalize two quotes and compare them properly.

How it is maintained

The page carries a "last reviewed" date. Content is checked against primary sources: standards bodies and official regulatory texts for compliance claims, and vendor documentation for product behavior. Where no verifiable figure exists, the page states the mechanism rather than estimating a number.

Competitor statistics, vendor marketing claims, and uncited industry figures are not used as sources.

Machine-readable versions

A plain markdown version of the full page is available at /index.md, and a summary for language models is published at /llms.txt.
